When you contact us or submit a form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, city, project details and any photos you choose to upload. Our website does not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.

3. How We Use It

Your information is used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, schedule and deliver work you ask us to perform, and follow up about that work. That is all.

4. Third-Party Services

Website forms are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes submissions and forwards them to our email inbox. Content delivery networks load the fonts and animation libraries used on this site. These services may receive basic technical data (such as your IP address) as part of normal web operation.

5. Retention & Security

Enquiry emails are retained only as long as needed to serve you and maintain business records. Access is limited to the people working on your project. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep, share and store as little as possible by design.

6. Your Rights
