Request a QuoteGarages, basements, workshops and commercial floors across Mississauga, Toronto and the GTA. Every floor mechanically prepared, repaired and finished with a system matched to how you use it.
The Coating Difference
Raw garage and basement concrete dusts, stains and slowly deteriorates under road salt, moisture and traffic. A professionally installed coating system seals the slab, protects it from the elements and turns a utility space into one you are proud to open the door to.
Coat Crafters handles the entire surface: grinding, repairs, coating system selection and application — for a floor that looks composed on day one and keeps looking that way.

We inspect the slab, test moisture and discuss finishes, then provide a clear written estimate.
Industrial grinders with vacuum extraction profile the surface and remove old coatings and contaminants.
Cracks, pits and spalls are repaired and ground flush for a continuous finished surface.
Base coat, decorative layer and protective topcoat applied under controlled conditions.
We review the finished floor with you and leave written care and return-to-service instructions.
Common Questions
Yes. Grinding profiles the concrete so the coating can mechanically bond. Skipping it is the most common cause of peeling and hot-tire failure, which is why it is included in every Coat Crafters floor.
They do different jobs: epoxy builds thickness and adhesion; polyaspartic topcoats add UV stability and abrasion resistance with faster cure. Hybrid systems use both. We recommend based on your slab, sunlight exposure and schedule.
Sweep or dust-mop regularly and wash occasionally with a mild pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid harsh acids and abrasive pads. Written care instructions come with every completed floor.
We test slab moisture first and choose primers and systems suited to below-grade conditions. If a slab is too damp to coat reliably, we will tell you honestly and explain the options.
